As a mindfulness-based mental health counsellor, Lindsay is passionate about helping those who are struggling with stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, and everyday life concerns. Lindsay provides her clients with space to talk in a non-judgmental and confidential online environment using the HIPAA-compliant video platform, VSee.
Together, you will explore your inner dialogue, emotions, belief systems & coping responses and how these are holding you back. You will become empowered with a sense of freedom to live presently, with a greater sense of control & authenticity in your life. Overall, Lindsay’s warm style is values-driven and she encourages commitment to making lasting changes.

Lindsay graduated with distinction from the Psychology Specialist program at the University of Toronto with a minor in Buddhism, Psychology, and Mental Health. She also graduated top of her class with a post-graduate diploma in Behavioural Science Technology from St. Lawrence College in Kingston, ON, and she holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
In 2014, Lindsay was the first Canadian to receive training in the Swedish “Alnarp” model of nature-based therapy from psychologists at the University of Copenhagen. She has taught mindfulness meditation to inmates through Correctional Service Canada, provided mindfulness-based psychotherapy at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, and worked as a mental health counsellor at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
Currently, Lindsay runs a private practice offering online video sessions to individuals across Atlantic Canada and internationally, and she organizes in-person nature-based mindfulness therapy groups n Nova Scotia. Lindsay is the creator of Meditation for Change, a YouTube meditation project aimed at supporting the basic needs of women in the developing world.
Online appointments can normally be booked within 2 weeks, and Lindsay offers daytime and evening appointments between Monday and Friday.
